The buyer has specified that each candidate must provide a response to each criterion. Each response is limited to 3000 characters.
1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in ESM or IT service management platforms such as Jira Enterprise Service Management BMC remedy or ServiceNow.
2. Strong programming skills in languages such as Python Java and Groovy.
3. Experience with AWS or other cloud services.
4. Familiarly with CI/CD practices and tools such as Gitlab Gitlab pipelines & Bitbucket.
5. Proficiency in ESM tools such as ServiceNow BMC Helix Jira Cloud Cherwell and other relevant products.
6. Strong problem-solving abilities excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
1. ITIL Foundation or higher ITIL level qualifications (e.g. ITIL Managing Professional ITIL Strategic Leader).
2. Advanced certifications in ESM tools such as ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist BMC Helix Administrator or Jira Administrator.
3. Experience with additional ESM tools and platforms such as Ivanti Freshservice or Zendesk.
4. Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform CloudFormation). Previous experience in a similar role within a large enterprise environment.
