Job Title: Data Analyst - BI Dashboarding
Location: Remote (CST Time Zone)
Salary Range: up to 3000 USD
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST)

Position Overview:
Were looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to support the Head of Strategy & Analytics. In this role youll help build dashboards analyze business performance and generate insights that inform executive decision-making. This is a key opportunity to work directly with leadership and make a meaningful impact across operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design build and maintain dashboards using Power BI Tableau or similar tools.
- Write advanced SQL queries to extract transform and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Present findings in a clear actionable format to drive decisions across the business.
- Collaborate with leadership to define KPIs and reporting standards.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization based on data trends.
- Ensure data quality and accuracy in all reporting deliverables.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in data analytics business intelligence or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau).
- Strong communication skills -- able to translate complex data into simple meaningful insights.
- Comfortable working independently and in a fast-paced remote environment.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience working with US-based clients or distributed teams.
- Familiarity with data pipelines or ETL processes.
- Knowledge of Python or other scripting languages.
