We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry Clerk to join our team. This is a fully remote task-based position ideal for individuals who enjoy working independently with minimal supervision. Youll be responsible for entering updating and maintaining various types of data in our systems with accuracy and speed.
Enter and update data into company databases or spreadsheets.
Maintain data confidentiality and security.
Prepare and sort documents before data entry.
Verify and cross-check data for accuracy.
Follow detailed written or verbal instructions for tasks.
Meet daily or weekly data entry targets.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Reliable internet connection and access to a computer or laptop.
Basic typing skills (minimum 35-40 WPM).
Familiarity with MS Office (especially Excel) or Google Sheets.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Good written communication skills.
