Job Description

Job responsibilities: Residential activities within the dormitory providing for maximum program coordination student safety and behavior modification staff and student training and evaluation student retention program and preparation of records and reports in compliance with government and management directives.
Essential functions:
- Assist in the development and implementation of new and revised policies procedures budgets inventories and programs affecting residential living monitor and control expenditures and inventory.
- Create a welcoming environment for students.
- Coordinate dormitory staff duty assignments and dormitory activities.
- Serve as property custodian in assigned dormitory.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two(2) year experience working with the youth.
- A valid driver license with an acceptable driving record.
