Job Description
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for Skilled Operators to join a well-established meat processing facility. These are full-time permanent roles ideally suited to experienced butchers or individuals with previous meat factory experience who are ready to take the next step in their career.
About the Role
As part of the boning team you will be responsible for preparing precise cuts and trims of meat according to specification and at line speed. This is a physically demanding role based in a chilled environment and focused on meeting daily and weekly production targets.

What Were Looking For

Previous experience in a meat processing environment is essential

Strong knife skills and butchery experience in a high-speed manufacturing setting

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
