Thiess is inviting expressions of interest from experienced mining operators who are keen to be considered for future opportunities at our Caval Ridge and Peak Downsproject located in the heart of Queenslands Bowen Basin.
Were looking to connect with skilled individuals who are passionate about safety teamwork and delivering results and who are seeking a long-term lifestyle-friendly role on a 7/7 day-night roster with 12.5-hour shifts. These opportunities are DIDO or BIBO only.
Were keen to hear from operators with experience in:
- Haul Trucks
- Dozers
- Graders
- Loaders
- Excavators (500T)
As part of the Thiess team youll play a crucial role in:
- Operating heavy machinery safely and efficiently to maximize productivity.
- Adhering to Thiess safety standards and operational procedures.
- Contribute to a strong team culture and a safe efficient work environment.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of prior working experience operating Haul Trucks Dozers Graders Loaders or Excavators in a coal mining environment
- Signed and verified machinery skills list (training transcripts) LMS documents - endorsed by SSE or delegate.
- Current Standard 11 Statement of Attainment
- Current Opens Drivers Licence
- A commitment to a positive safety culture
