Early Intervention and Prevention Development Manager

Are you passionate about delivering good outcomes for our residents and communities Our strategy for Early Intervention and Prevention is a key priority for Birmingham City Councils improvement journey and we are seeking dynamic and passionate individuals to join our redesigned and transforming Connected Communities team. This role is critical in driving our Early Intervention and Prevention strategy and success.
Taking a whole household approach; you will make an impactful contribution to citizens and families helping to create thriving and connected communities using data analytics insights and the voices of our communities and stakeholders to drive transformation and innovation within a fast-paced environment.
You will hold lead responsibility for working across the council and specifically with the Insight Policy and Strategy division to generate evidence-based solutions development of outcomes focused performance frameworks and impact methodologies so we can clearly demonstrate our performance against a variety of funding streams.
You will have strong capability in building partnerships and stakeholder relationships managing diverse teams and working closely with local communities and staff to enhance and improve the services we deliver.
