Objectif principal : Coordonner et finaliser la constitution du catalogue des Best Practices en lien avec les sites le COE tooling et le Metier central.
Au sein de lorganisation des oprations RSC en rapportant au directeur central du mtier PME (Process & Manufacturing Engineering) vous serez le correspondant mtier PME pour assurer les missions principales suivantes :
Mission :
- Animer le Dashboard de cration du catalogue de Best Practice
- Responsable
- De tenir jour le Kpi davancement
- De prparer les runions de lancement et de clture ainsi que danimer la relation avec les sites pour mesurer lavancement
- Dorganiser et coordonner les personnes concernes au sein du Mtier central ou du site pour rpondre toute question relative la mise en uvre des processus.
- De la communication hebdomadaire
- Interlocuteur privilgi des quipe Engineering TrainDesignProductStandardisation.
Profil requis
- Comprhension globale des processus internes (Industrialisation Ingnierie Projets Oprations ...).
- Connaissance des processus PME (Process & Manufacturing Engainer) et des catalogues de Produits Standard dvelopp par quipe Engineering TSS
- 1 ans dexprience dans lindustrie ferroviaire (RS et/ou Compo) au sein dune organisation dindustrialisation. Profil Process Engineering ou Tooling Engineering satisfaisant
- Bonne communication : Capacit synthtiser en prparant des prsentations et des rapports clairs.
- Dcideur volont datteindre des rsultats capacit mener des sujets collaboratifs.
Exprience : 1 2 ans dexprience dans lindustrie ferroviaire (RS et/ou Compo) au sein dune organisation dindustrialisation - Ouverts aux Apprentis.
