Are you friendly and a self-proclaimed organizational guru Numbercrunch is a fast-growing Entrepreneur Support Services and were looking for an ambitious administrative superhero to join our team to support our clients.
You are an energetic person who loves to help others and feels there is no admin task that is too big or too small to take on. Youll be reporting to the Owners eager to save them time and provide clients with amazing customer service. You multitask like a pro and are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced working environment. You have confidence and a willingness to learn from others. You may not have too much work experience under your belt yet but are ambitious.
On the job youll be juggling in no time: supporting multiple companies answering customers service calls new customer inquiries and set up showing facilities to potential clients arranging daily deliveries running errands (must have a car) managing office and collections duties.
Youll already be a whiz at using email word excel and maybe have used Quickbooks in the past too. In your spare time you know your way around Social Media too.
