Our Elderly Personal & Wellbeing Carers
At Infinite Care we pride ourselves on providing industry leading resident care and services which encourages and enables residents to remain independent with all employees working inour companywide safety-first workplace. Our Personal Carer Worker (PCWs) are highly interactive supporting our elderly residents their families and colleagues 7 days a week across AM PM and Nightshifts. We offer shifts in strength & conditioning physio 1:1 companion support memory support engagement and wellbeing and medication shifts with inhouse training programs and buddy systems.

About You
At Infinite Care we hire for heart so our best people are highly empathic instil a strong work ethic and passionate about making a difference to the elderly. Ideally you have worked in the Aged Care sector for at least 1 year and the ability to think on your feet communicate effectively build rapport and maintain professional relationships with residents and co-workers alike. In addition you will also
- Excellent safety awareness to avoid our residents tripping falling or hurting themselves - you need to be their extra eyes and ears!
- Very positive teamwork attitude a trusted co-worker excellent time management (we are a shift driven workplace including handovers) and follow strict safety procedures at all times to maintain a high standard of workplace safety.
- A passion for choosing a career where you can make a difference and willingness to help our company deliver quality of care services everyday!
- Great communication skills to engage with our elderly residents in a calm patient and highly empathic manner that builds trust companionship and friendship in a warm style.
- Aged Care Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) is essential. We do recognise 2nd year ar nursing students with a placement in Aged Care and other Cert III courses in related healthcare studies.
- Hold the NDIS Workers Screening Clearance as this is essential to work in the Aged Care sector. (*or willingness to obtain)
Infinite Care accepts the Ausmed Passport which is a free digital certificate for the Australian aged care workforce that recognises their completion of eight sector-wide core mandatory training topics.
Our care roles are busy! Alot of bending lifting pushing and squatting to perform your duties safely. All candidates will be required to complete an online medical assessment to maintain personal and workplace safety standards.
