The Signia by Hilton Atlanta is looking for their next Administrative Assistant in the Culinary Stewarding and Pastry department.
This property recently opened with 976 beautifully appointed guestrooms with 100000 total square feet with their largest ballroom of 37980 square feet. Guests can gather to celebrate the art of culinary with eight food and beverage experiences.
Our ideal candidate will have at least one year of administrative assistant experience in a hotel setting. You will provide administrative support to the culinary leadership team.
Shift Pattern: Monday Friday 8:00am 5:00pm with ability to flex time based on hotel needs.
Pay Rate/Salary Range: $24.00 per hour

What will I be doing:
Perform office duties to assist the culinary stewarding and pastry leadership team with various tasks and projects
Manage and facilitate Banquet Event Order (BEO) changes from the Event Management department to the Culinary team
Facilitate purchase orders as directed
Provide operational and visual support by creating labels custom notes and signage for amenities and special displays.
Assist with labor and scheduling by inputting and modifying staff schedules
Support menu updates documenting recipes and records
