What would you do as a Childcare Specialist
As a new Part-Time Childcare Specialist at Wasatch Behavioral Health you can expect a dynamic and rewarding role working with children in our Promise Program. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include creating engaging activities supporting children with their daily routines and ensuring a safe environment at all times. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a supportive team to provide high-quality care and enriching experiences for the children onsite.
Your schedule will typically be Monday through Thursday with some variation to accommodate program needs. Embrace this opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and families while growing your skills in childcare and early childhood development.
What you need to be successful
To excel as a Part-Time Childcare Specialist at Wasatch Behavioral Health strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Employment at Wasatch Behavioral Health is contingent upon successful completion of a drug screen motor vehicle record review and criminal background check. After hire you must complete and receive a Criminal Background Clearance (BCI) from Utah State Office of Licensing. Upon receipt of a conditional offer of employment in the position you must provide an official copy of licensure or certification.
