Customer Service Security Officer

Location: Everett WA (only) or both Redmond WA & Kirkland WA (contingent)
Rate:$34.48/Hour
At Securitas on-site Security Officers are the foundation of our organization. Our Officers are trained to provide a high level of professionalism and specialization for their assignments help safeguard people property and information.
The ideal candidate will be able to provide extraordinary customer service to our clients and their guests. What Your Day May Look Like:
- Conflict resolution and De-escalation.
- Secure entrances / patrol inside and outside the clients premises.
- Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
- Identify and report safety issues or hazardous conditions.
- Clearly and quickly report any suspicious activity.
- Provide detailed written witness reports.

Position Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older
- Associates Degree OR 2 years of honorable military service (Proof of experience required upon on-boarding)
- Standard computer / technology skills needed
- Must be able to provide exceptional customer service to our clients and their guests
- Must be responsible accountable objective and have a strong work ethic
- Must have a strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal / written communication
- Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus
- Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner
- Must possess a valid drivers license for state of assignment(WA) and insurable driving record
- Must have a reliable means of communication
- Must have a reliable means of transportation
- Must have 2 years of security customer service or hospitality experience - Work experience in the security industry public service (police fire) or military is desired
Export Control Requirements:
- Due to applicable export control laws and regulations candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national U.S. permanent resident (i.e. current Green Card holder) or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
