Job Description
At Lime Technologies weve been building CRM systems since 1990 and today were over 400 colleagues across Europe. Now were looking for someone to take the lead of our internal IT department: someone who can lead with a clear vision while also diving into the details to make things happen.
What youll do
As our IT Manager youll be responsible for the entire IT function at Lime. That means everything from long-term strategy to day-to-day operations from managing people and projects to making sure our tools platforms and infrastructure run smoothly. Youll lead a team of 5 and work closely with our developers and DevOps engineers.
Your role will be a mix of leadership planning and hands-on technical work. Youll work with cloud environments automation and workplace technology.
A few examples of what youll be doing:
- Lead and develop the IT department (both people and processes)
- Own and drive IT projects
- Manage vendor relationships and keep track of the IT budget
- Set our IT strategy and make sure we stay ahead of the curve
- Support and guide the team on technical decisions
- Work hands-on when needed
- Collaborate closely with other departments
