Benchmark Product Specialist FIXED TERM12 MONTHS
Role Summary:
This role is within the Benchmark support team who support all new and existing client subscriptions for WMR FX Benchmarks and other IRCC products.
Work in a small team and act as a critical role in the development and growth of the Benchmark/WMR business.
Role involves providing an excellent customer support ensuring that all enquiries are dealt with in an efficient courteous and professional manner.
Involves working with both internal and external clients assisting and facilitating the onboarding of new clients who require a subscription to access and use the WMR FX Benchmark Rates.
Adhere to WMR regulatory requirements to ensure clients are treated fairly and consistently in accordance with Fair Reasonable and Non-Discriminatory Access (FRAND) policies.
Team working hours are 9am until 5pm Monday to Friday and works on a hybrid work pattern 60/40.
Main Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
Daily Tasks Share responsibility of group mailboxes specifically and to respond effectively to customer inquiries via phone and email within agreed 2 4 hour Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Support Sales and Account Teams globally to ensure correct licensing put in place
Monitor all new client onboarding to ensure delivery set up is completed in a timely manner
Understanding and application of regulatory framework
Identify appropriate solutions using own initiative and judgement
Weekly Tasks
Assist team to prepare and manage weekly Opportunity reporting specifically taking ownership of all new opportunities and cancellations being processed. Where necessary carry out investigations escalating issues to team lead and local account teams to better understand new entries.
Assist team to process outstanding Pipeline opportunities
Monthly Tasks
Run benchmark Asset Reports from TRUST ready for team review
Save partner reports into directory and reconcile where necessary
Improve partner management and relationship with partner and their partner account managers
Reconcile pipeline report for new LDA clients ensuring accurately processed
Project Work
Participate in project work and service improvement initiatives
LSEG Deal Access pipeline reporting
Annual Declaration implementation project
Assist in the production of documentation procedures and policies.
Review and Update on a quarterly basis
