About the role
Were looking for a strategic commercially minded leader to help shape and execute the Penfolds Brand Homes strategy in Australia. This role plays a pivotal part in bringing our luxury brand to life through exceptional consumer experiences in partnership with our operating partner.
- Lead and execute the Penfolds Brand Homes strategy in ANZ aligned to global goals
- Act as the key point of contact for our operating partner bringing the best possible consumer experiences to life
- Drive business planning reporting and operational excellence across venues
- Influence internal stakeholders and champion the Penfolds experience internally and externally
- Own cross-functional integration of new initiatives experiences and venue enhancements
About you
Youre a commercially astute leader with a strong operational mindset and a passion for delivering premium consumer experiences. You know how to navigate complexity influence at all levels and turn strategy into scalable business outcomes.
- Senior business management experience in a multi-channel setting
- Background in luxury consumer brands or hospitality is highly desirable
- Proven ability to lead strategic planning and end-to-end P&L ownership
- Confident working with executive stakeholders and external partners
- A natural people leader with strong coaching communication and change skills
