InterFuze is seeking a Senior Training Officer/Developer supporting the Training & Integration division located at Aberdeen Proving Ground in MD.
This position is only open to candidates residing in Alabama (AL) North Carolina (NC) Maryland (MD) Georgia (GA) Mississippi (MS) Colorado (CO) Florida (FL) Texas (TX) Virginia (VA) or Delaware (DE) at the time of hire.
The selected candidate will perform the following responsibilities:
- Assist in developing revising and modifying training courses and prepare appropriate training materials.
- Provide technical advisory services regarding all training and instructions. Instructors shall provide formal classroom instructor-led new equipment training (NET) and delta training to soldiers and customers IAW established/approved POIs and training materials.
- Assist with NET planning conduct and lead instructors during NET events. Training will be provided in both field and classroom environments and may include classroom on-the-job instruction and/or computer-based/aided training.
- Identifies the best approach to training requirements to include but not limited to hardware software simulations course assessment and refreshment assessment centers oral examination interviews computer-assisted and adaptive testing behavior-based assessment and performance team and unit assessment and measurement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or advanced degree from an accredited academic institution or military school in Education Teaching or a related field
- 12 years job job-related experience with developing academic criteria for DoD-related programs
Additional Qualifications:
- This position requires the ability to obtain and/or maintain an active U.S. security clearance upon hire date which requires U.S. citizenship.
