Pay Grade(s): 10-11 ($64915.50 DOE)
Purpose: The TribeVue System Coordinator is the techical lead for the TribeVue data and case management system. This position serves as a subject matter expert for functionality processes data integrity and system procedures associated with TribeVue. This position will support the TribeVue Steering Committee and assist with the development and implementation of the TribeVue roadmap. This position will work in partnership with program/departments leadership to engage users provide system communication assist with training and system feedback.
Essential Functions. An individual in this role must be able to perform the following functions with or without reasonable accommodation:
Schedule and create a charter for the Steering Committee that will be comprised of subject matter experts.
Work in partnership with IT on the implementation of the TribeVue Roadmap.
Assess current TribeVue functionality and make recommendations for improvement/change.
Create and manage change management process for TribeVue. This includes tracking of changes ensuring testing acceptance of changes by appropriate staff and deploying changes in prodcution. Work closely with TribeVue staff to ensure deliverables are met for changes.
Assist programs with process mapping to align with TribeVue.
Work closely with staff and TribeVue in effort to resolve identified issues with the system promote enhanced system functionality and identify areas for system and/or workflow improvement and optimization.
Provide program level support to system users and escalate issues as appropriate to IT and/or vendor and document resolution.
Work in partnership with IT and the vendor to make and test the proposed changes in the case management system.
Work with system superusers to test proposed changes and document updates.
Assist with creating updating and communicating end user training materials.
In partnership with IT we process user access requests.
Participate in internal and external audits.
Assist system users with questions and concerns.
Track and work with the vendor on changes and system updates and coordinate all testing training and communications of such changes.
Serve as a subject matter expert on TribeVue system and data.
Handle ad hoc reporting and projects as needed.
Knowledge Skills & Abilities. A comprehensive set of capabilities required to perform job tasks effectively:
Knowledge of case management systems and data workflows (e.g. TribeVue).
Understanding of change management and system implementation processes.
Familiarity with business analysis and process mapping techniques.
Knowledge of data governance and maintaining system/data integrity.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
Skilled in problem-solving troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
Proficient in creating user guides documentation and training materials.
Experience coordinating projects and engaging stakeholders effectively.
Ability to analyze workflows and recommend system improvements.
Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with Tlingit Haida and Tsimpshian cultures.
Minimum Qualifications (education experience skills):
Bachelors Degree in Computer Information Systems or related field. Relevant work experience may substitute for the education requirement on a year-for-year basis.
Two (2) years of relevant experience in business analysis and system implementation and support.
Previous experience managing and working with system vendors.
Preferred Qualifications (education experience skills):
Experience with use and configuration of TribeVue system or similar.
Experience working with SAAS applications.
Graduate degree and/or industry certification.

The majority of work requires movement to include walking standing bending and carrying of items weighing items up to 40 lbs.

Travel on small aircraft or ferry may be required.
