Assist with non-regulatory administrative tasks related to client accounts
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operational workflows
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English
Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup
