We are Canadas largest independent information technology services firm and after 45 years were still growing. We are looking for Project Control Officer to support Business Operations in our growing team. We are offering a chance to work with our team of experience professionals who are responsible for maintaining the standards of project management and providing high-value support to our Business Unit. This is your opportunity to learn about business operations and project management in an advanced business environment. You will work with CGI Consultants Directors and Executives on a full range of business operations program management and resourcing activities/tasks.
In an effort to foster collaboration and partner with clients co-op students will be required to be in the office multiple times a week.
Start Date: July 2025

Daily activities include data analysis refine and deliver Business Operational Reports for these areas Resourcing Business Development Financial Utilization and Communication.
Conduct financial analysis budgeting estimating forecasting and financial management.
Analyze financial data create reports charts and models and effectively display quantitative information.
Conduct business research and manage information to support strategic initiative.
Create and manipulate data from raw sources for various business needs.
Assist in the creation of presentations as required by the business.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Technical Requirements
- Advanced Microsoft Office tools: Outlook Excel (Macros Pivot Table VLOOKUP) Access PowerPoint Project SharePoint Visio Word Power BI
- Data analysis financial analysis and financial management (budgeting estimating financial analysis)
Soft Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management/prioritization abilities
- Ability to successfully multi-task and work with nominal supervision on your own and in a team environment
- High Energy and Collaborative
