We are seeking a meticulous and organized Certifications Coordinator to manage certification processes maintain compliance and support our certification programs. The ideal candidate will ensure all documentation is accurate deadlines are met and workflows are optimized to support both internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the end-to-end certification process including application intake documentation review and renewal tracking.
Coordinate communication with certification bodies clients and internal teams to ensure timely submission and resolution of certification issues.
Maintain accurate records in certification management systems and databases.
Monitor certification status and deadlines sending reminders and alerts as needed.
Prepare reports on certification metrics and compliance trends.
Develop and update process documentation standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials.
Assist in audits quality control activities and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Education or related field preferred (associates degree or relevant experience accepted).
2 years of experience in certification programs credentialing quality assurance or related administrative roles.
Strong attention to detail organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Proficiency with document management systems databases and MS Office suite.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with accreditation standards or certification frameworks a plus.
Hourly Pay Rate:
$35 - $55 per hour depending on experience.
