We are looking for aSenior Producerto join our Digital Games group and be the Publishing Production relay for our AAA internal studios. This pivotal role requires deep know-how of production best practices as well as a proven understanding of publishing needs for PC and Console games across business models. The Producer the representative of first-party studios within our Digital Publishing Unit and will be responsible for ensuring our games meet their qualitative and commercial goals.
Be the assigned projects Go-To person within our Organization. Identify challenges and roadblocks partnering with our Internal Studios and our Wizards & Hasbro partners to mitigate and remove them.
Navigate development and publishing priorities and steer complex situations towards business driven solutions.
Use decision making informed by data standardize methodologies and consider many and sometimes seemingly contradictory viewpoints.
Provide reliable consistent and clear information on assigned projects.
Be curious a good listener and always on the lookout for ways to improve the status quo. They know how to partner across functions organizations and regions they are masters of communication who listen and keep a solution focused mentality at all times.
