Job Description
Gwinnett Place Nissan is currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Payroll Administrator to join our team in Duluth Georgia. As the Dealership Payroll Administrator you will be responsible for efficiently managing all aspects of payroll processing using the EV-6 software. This role requires a solid understanding of established payroll practices exceptional attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the entire payroll process for our dealership
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee payroll
- Maintain employee records including salary changes deductions and benefits
- Address and resolve any payroll discrepancies or issues
- Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure accurate payroll data
- Stay updated with relevant payroll laws and regulations
- All other duties assigned by management
Requirements:
- Prior experience working as a Payroll Administrator or in a similar role
- Proficiency in using EV-6 software for payroll processing
- CDK Experience a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
- Knowledge of payroll best practices and relevant laws/regulations
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Must have a valid drivers license
