We are seeking a Quality Assurance Operations Specialist to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. in Monza Province of Monza and Brianza Italy. As a world-class leader in serving science we are dedicated to making a difference in the world by helping customers find cures for cancer protecting the environment ensuring food safety and delivering COVID-19 solutions. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the flawless execution of quality assurance processes and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and assess commercial product releases for compliance with specifications
- Investigate and identify root causes of process deviations
- Manage customer complaints and identify appropriate corrective and preventive actions
- Support in the preparation and management of customer and regulatory audits
- Operate in strict adherence to quality standards and company policies
Requirements:
- Degree in CTF Pharmacy Chemistry Biology or related scientific field or equivalent experience in the same domains.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical production and quality control
- Familiarity with GMP/FDA regulations
- Proficiency in written and spoken Italian and English
- Strong teamwork organizational and interpersonal skills
