Job Description

  • 10 16 year of experience of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications

  • Should have completed minimum Three end-to-end implementations in Recruiting Core HR Talent Management

  • Proficient in overseeing a support ticketing queue with multiple open items demonstrating strong written and oral communication skills;

  • Capable of leading client status meetings and extracting relevant metrics;

  • Handles client relationships enabling effective communication;

  • Offers functional and/or technical subject matter expertise;

  • Directs process redesign efforts;

  • Leads technical and test teams for the implementation of functionality;

  • Arrange change activities to enable business adoption and provides effective user training;

  • Manages the project lifecycle to enable timely project delivery;

  • Meets with stakeholders throughout the organization to confirm a thorough set of requirements aligned to business objectives gaining an understanding of current and future state business processes;

  • Provides in-depth knowledge of the Oracle application and evaluates the customers processes against the standard Salesforce functionality;

  • Should be able to understand and articulate business requirements and propose solutions after performing appropriate due diligence;

  • Solid understanding of Enterprise configuration Workforce Structures FlexFields Security and Roles;

  • Experience in working with Oracle Support for various issue resolutions;

  • Hands on experience in Unit Testing and UAT of issues and collaborate with the business users to obtain sign-off;

  • Should be able to perform fit gap analysis;

  • Should create and maintain the configuration workbooks;

  • Experience in supporting period end closure activities;

  • Generate ad hoc reports to measure and to communicate the health of the applications;

  • Focus on reducing recurrence issues caused by the Oracle Fusion application;

  • Prepare process flows data flow diagrams requirement documents user training and onboarding documents to support upcoming projects and enhancements;

  • Deliver and track the delivery of issue resolutions to meet the SLAs and KPIs;

  • Should have good communication presentation analytical and problem-solving skills;

  • Coordinate with team to close the client requests on time and within SLA;

  • Should be able to manage the HCM Track independently interact with clients conduct business requirement meetings and user training sessions;

  • High level of knowledge of other Fusion modules like Core HR Absence Management Compensation Benefits & Payroll functionality is a plus;

  • Expertise in developing Fast formulas is preferred;

  • Expertise in developing OTBI/BI reports and ;

  • Expertise to create HDL data load templates.
