Our client in Ajax ON is looking for a fully remote Personal Lines CSR.
As part of their Service and Retention team youll be supporting and helping to retain existing clients with your passion for providing exceptional customer service and bringing the WOW factor to everything you do. And of course you know that every interaction with a customer is an opportunity to better meet their needs. Yes this means up-selling but not in a pushy way. More in a how else can I help you today way.
As a Personal Lines CSR youll work with customers via phone chat email and text to answer questions make policy changes review renewals cross-sell update files assist with billing changes and more.What youre amazing at:

Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of experience working as a Personal Lines CSRWhere youll work is up to youThey believe in providing a flexible work environment where teammates have the option to work from ANYWHERE across anyone based in or near the Durham Region their headquarters is a REALLY fun place loaded with games a putting green an in-house gym and much more.
Compensation:
$52000 to $63000 depending on experience
