You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailSt John of God Health Care is seeking an exceptional leader to drive Operational Excellence Initiatives across our hospitals. Reporting to the Director of Workforce Hospitals and Services this is a unique role has an opportunity to make a significant impact on our productivity performance and enhance leadership capabilities within our nursing and midwifery teams. This is an operational leadership role across all hospitals and services.
As a senior peer to our Directors of Nursing youll partner with the Group Chief Operating Officers team to achieve sustainable outcomes. A key focus of this role will be to design and implement improvements in relation to rostering practices informed by patient and client acuity and care needs. Youll use this understanding to shape consistent future-focused practices across the group. You will also work to support site specific needs and challenges.
These initiatives are designed to boost productivity and foster the development of essential operational and commercial leadership skills among our Nurse Unit Managers (NUMs) and other nursing leaders.
As an experienced Registered Nurse or Midwife with AHPRA registration you will have proven success managing complex and dynamic clinical operations within hospitals coupled with well-developed operational financial and analytical skills. Strong operational leadership and coordination capability will ensure your success in role ideally at the Director or Deputy Director level for at least the last 2 years.
