Working closely with the Manager of Human Resources youll play a key role in implementing strategies that enhance employee engagement and align with TAS mission and values.

What Youll Be Doing: Providing guidance on HR policies procedures and compliance
Coordinating recruitment onboarding and employee lifecycle processes
Supporting employee relations performance management and training initiatives
Providing excellent HR service to all TAS team members and candidates
Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems
Contributing to workplace engagement and culture-building activities
Ensuring compliance with employment laws Awards and EBAs
Supporting the HR Manager and Head of Business Services with HR-related administrative tasks
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources or equivalent
Experience: minimum 2-3 years in a generalist HR administrator or coordinator role (higher level experience definitely considered)
Knowledge: Award/EBA interpretation and compliance expertise and understanding of the purpose of the HR function
Skills: Strong customer service advanced communication and attention to detail
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office HRIS and compliance platforms
Attributes: A proactive friendly organised and solutions-focused mindset
