This senior-level position offered as either a Senior Sales Manager or Sales Director depending on experience and strategic scope will lead the companys sales direction with a strong emphasis on the mining industry. You will develop and drive high-level sales strategies manage key customer relationships and lead initiatives to introduce new products into the market. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sales Leadership
Define develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the mining sector.
Lead high-level sales engagements and represent the company to senior stakeholders and executive clients.
Review and analyze sales pipelines forecasts and performance metrics to ensure alignment with business goals.
Market Expansion and Product Innovation

Requirements
Minimum of 15 years experience in the mining sector including at least 5 years in a senior sales management role.

Strong leadership negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.
Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach and a deep understanding of the mining industry landscape.
A relevant tertiary qualification in Business Marketing or Engineering is preferred.
