Job Description
As a Supply Chain Specialist youll play a vital role in coordinating and executing daily supply chain operations from order management and inventory planning to logistics and supplier coordination. Youll work closely with internal teams external partners and the Head of Supply Chain to ensure our products flow efficiently from manufacturer to customer. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to grow within a mission-driven brand.
Tasks
- Order & Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels manage replenishment cycles and coordinate order processing across our fulfillment partners.
- Logistics Coordination: Ensure timely and cost-effective transportation of goods manage shipping schedules and resolve delivery issues.
- Supplier Communication: Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to track production timelines confirm order details and ensure on-time dispatch.
- Forecast Support: Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to align supply with promotional activities and seasonal campaigns.
- System Updates & Reporting: Maintain accurate data in ERP and inventory systems. Generate regular reports on stock status order flows and key KPIs.
- Process Improvement: Identify and propose ways to improve day-to-day supply chain processes reduce waste and enhance service levels.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all transactions and shipments comply with relevant regulations and internal standards.
Requirements
- 24 years of experience in supply chain logistics operations or purchasing preferably in the beauty nutrition or wellness
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities both written and verbal.
- Comfortable using ERP or supply chain software (e.g. NetSuite SAP Microsoft Dynamics).
- Fluent in English and Polish; other European languages are a plus.
- A proactive hands-on mindset with a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
