Manager FP and amp;A High-Growth SaaS Powerhouse
Jackson Mississippi $130-150K base 20 bonus On-Site
Industry: Enterprise Software / SaaS think recurring-revenue data-driven and scaling fast.
The Opportunity
Were not looking for a spreadsheet jockey. Were looking for a strategic finance leader ready to shape the future of a fast-moving performance-driven company. Youll report directly to the Director of FP and amp;A and serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team driving business-critical decisions board-level reporting and real measurable results.
This is the role that sets you up to be the next CFO internally or externally. Previous incumbents Theyre now in C-level seats across the industry. If youre ready to lead influence and deliver this is your moment.
What Youll Own
- Lead the entire budgeting and amp; forecasting process- partner with leaders align plans and deliver precision.
- Own strategic financial analysis - surface insights drive profitability and enable smarter decisions.
- Create board-ready reporting - including KPIs variance analysis trend forecasts and investment reviews.
- Identify and execute cost optimization and amp; revenue growth initiatives - with a clear ROI.
- Support M and amp;A / investment analysis - evaluate inorganic growth plays and strategic opportunities.
- Build and mentor your team - recruit develop and lead FP and amp;A professionals to elite performance.
What You Bring
- 7 years in FP and amp;A corporate finance or data-driven strategy
- Proven leadership experience - managing people influencing execs owning deliverables
- Mastery of financial modeling planning systems and strategic reporting
- Advanced user of Excel PowerPoint and enterprise tools like TM1 Oracle Fusion SAP Analytics Cloud
- Bachelors in Finance Accounting or Economics
