Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Business Developer to lead strategic efforts in identifying and securing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generating leads closing deals and building long-term relationships with clients. This role requires a combination of commercial insight sales expertise and entrepreneurial thinking.

The Business Developer will be responsible for creating strategies to expand the company s market presence exploring untapped markets and developing value-added solutions tailored to the needs of clients. You will collaborate with internal teams such as marketing operations and finance to ensure the delivery of high-impact proposals and successful onboarding of new customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients partners and strategic accounts

  • Conduct market analysis to define growth areas and competitive advantages

  • Build and maintain strong long-lasting client relationships

  • Develop negotiate and close business proposals contracts and agreements

  • Track pipeline performance and provide accurate sales forecasts

  • Represent the company at industry events trade shows and client meetings

  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to stakeholders and decision-makers

  • Work with the marketing team to align messaging and lead-generation strategies

  • Ensure seamless handover of new accounts to account management or operations teams

  • Monitor market trends customer feedback and competitor activities



Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field

  • 3 5 years of experience in business development B2B sales or corporate growth roles

  • Demonstrated success in creating and managing client relationships

  • Excellent presentation negotiation and communication skills

  • Strong commercial acumen and results-oriented mindset

  • Proficiency in English (other languages are a plus)

  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced target-driven environments

    Responsabilidades: Desarrollar estrategias efectivas de venta para alcanzar y superar los objetivos establecidos. Identificar y cultivar relaciones s lidas con clientes potenciales y existentes en la industria textilera y sectores afines, como calzado y muebles. Valorar y ampliar una cartera de clientes s lida, diversificada y en constante crecimiento. Negociar acuerdos comerciales favorables y cerrar ventas de manera efectiva, maximizando los m rgenes de ganancia. Construir y mantener una cartera de clientes s lida, diversificada y en constante crecimiento. Analizar el mercado y las tendencias de la industria para identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio y mantenerse a la vanguardia en el sector. Colaborar con ingenieros y otros departamentos para identificar oportunidades de mejora en los procesos y reducir los tiempos de entrega. Requisitos: Experiencia comprobada en ventas, preferiblemente en la industria textilera, con un historial exitoso de logro de objetivos. Habilidad excepcional para negociar y cerrar acuerdos comerciales, con un enfoque orientado a resultados. Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y autogestionada, siendo el nico vendedor inicialmente. Excelentes habilidades de comunicaci n y persuasi n, tanto verbal como escrita. Conocimiento profundo del mercado y las necesidades de los clientes en la industria textilera y sectores relacionados. Disponibilidad para viajar frecuentemente a diferentes regiones, especialmente a Le n y Guadalajara. Se valorar experiencia previa con clientes importantes y la capacidad para ampliar la cartera de clientes en diferentes sectores.
