Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in CAD drafting preferably within the MEP or construction sector
Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D essential 3D an advantage)
Understanding of building services and prefabrication principles
Ability to interpret technical information and engineering markups accurately
Strong communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams
Knowledge of prefabrication methodologies plant layout and component integration is highly desirable
Desirable:
Exposure to data center or commercial projects
Experience with Revit Navisworks or other 3D modelling tools
Familiarity with modular construction techniques or DfMA (Design for Manufacture and Assembly) principles

Key Requirements: Minimum 3 years experience as a Mechanical Estimator in a building services or MEP contracting environment. Experience estimating for prefabricated mechanical systems, modular plant rooms, pipework systems, and steel support frameworks. Good understanding of HVAC systems, chilled water pipework, and public health installations. Ability to interpret detailed technical drawings and specifications. Strong communication and negotiation skills for dealing with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Proficiency in Excel and relevant estimating tools. Desirable Experience: Background working with M&E contractors in the data centre, industrial, or commercial sectors. Understanding of fabrication and off-site construction methods. Familiarity with BIM models and digital take-off tools.
