About the Role:
We are hiring an experienced Financial Controller for our operations in Ivory Coast (C te dIvoire). The ideal candidate must have prior work experience in Ivory Coast be well-versed with the local financial regulations and be comfortable relocating from India.
This role is critical for overseeing and managing all financial activities in Ivory Coast including budgeting forecasting financial reporting compliance and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead the finance and accounts team in Ivory Coast.
Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial reports and forecasts.
Ensure compliance with Ivory Coast tax laws statutory regulations and internal audit requirements.
Monitor and control financial performance indicators KPIs and cash flows.
Liaise with auditors banks tax authorities and government bodies as needed.
Implement and monitor internal controls and financial systems.
Coordinate with the Indian office for consolidated reporting and financial planning.
Manage cost control budget variance analysis and profitability tracking.
Oversee procurement and ensure financial discipline across departments.
Eligibility Criteria:
Mandatory: Prior working experience in Ivory Coast (C te dIvoire)
Education: CA/CPA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent professional degree
Experience: 8 years in financial management with at least 2 3 years in a similar role in Ivory Coast
Language: Working knowledge of French is a plus
Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Tally/Oracle) Excel MIS reporting
Others: Strong leadership decision-making and communication skills
Relocation Support:
The candidate must be currently in India and willing to relocate to Ivory Coast.
