The Role:
- Supporting students with Autism across various year groups.
- Working 1:1 and in small groups to help children access the curriculum.
- Promoting communication independence and emotional regulation.
- Assisting with sensory needs and behavior strategies.
- Collaborating with teachers therapists and SENCOs to deliver personalized support.
What We re Looking For:
- Experience working with children or young people with Autism.
- A patient empathetic and adaptable nature.
- A good understanding of SEN and strategies to support ASD.
- Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude.
- A valid Enhanced DBS Adult and Child (or willingness to obtain one).
