Job Description
Bring your positive energy and entrepreneurial spirit to our growing team to activate the Marketing Strategy for Aristokraft and Homecrest family of brands. As a Marketing Specialist you will deliver impactful and engaging marketing materials/tools and help shape the product portfolio to drive brand confidence loyalty and growth. This person will work with Product Sales Customer Service Creative Digital our Distributor customers and other internal teams as well as external partners to develop and execute Marketing programs materials and content and Product initiatives that support the Distributor and Builder channel growth strategies.
The position is remote but the selected candidate must be located in the continental United States and be available to conduct business in the Eastern or Central time zones.
Responsibilities:
- Help lead the execution of Homecrest and Aristokraft go-to-market strategy as well as support other Distributor and Builder brands
- Activate the Distributor Marketing Strategy through the development and execution of marketing programs digital and traditional marketing materials and content
- Partner with Distributor customers to understand needs and develop strategies and tools to drive growth
- Develop and deploy communications with on-target language to drive desired behavior with key audiences
- Facilitate internal communications around strategy key initiatives and results across the Distributor Channel team
- Measure results and recommend path forward for continuous improvement
- Marketing material/tool development and communication execution
- Literature planning development in collaboration with product and creative teams
- Assist with annual product launch execution
- Manage sales aids for Builder and Distributor customers and sales reps
- Manage purchasing to payment system for Builder and Distributor
- Other projects as needed
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or related field; or equivalent work experience
- 3 years of experience in Marketing Brand or similar field
- Excellent written verbal and presentation skills with attention to detail
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite required; experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other marketing automation platforms is a plus
- Self-starter with ability to manage multiple tasks prioritize and work collaboratively
- Creative problem-solver with a growth mindset and bias for action
- Willingness to travel up to 10% for meetings and field visits
