The Sr. Talent Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting various learning and talent initiatives at Fortune Brands Innovations. This role involves vendor management system administration for key learning and talent platforms and assisting in the execution of programs. The Sr. Talent Operations Specialist is integral to the smooth operation and success of the organizations learning and talent efforts providing essential support and administration to enhance employee growth and engagement.
Position location This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule based out of Deerfield IL. Onsite days will be Tuesday Wednesday Thursday.
RESPONSIBLIITIES:
- Vendor and License Management: Oversee registration and coordination with external vendors and licensing for learning programs including Case Western and LinkedIn Learning.
- System Administration: Serve as the system administrator for key learning and engagement platforms such as DDI LinkedIn Learning Pluralsight Glint Inspire Learning and other learning management systems (LMS) or talent platforms.
- Data Management: Manage class rosters participant lists historical program/course completion records DEI analytics and nomination pipelines. Extract and format talent and succession data partnering with HR Technology for accurate system uploads and record-keeping.
- Program Support and Execution: Supporting updating and execution of learning talent and DEI programs including preparing communications materials and various systems.
- Performance Management Support: Support the annual performance management cycle by generating reports sending communications and reminders and managing required tracking. Compile reports and spreadsheets to support year-end processes for Talent Compensation and HR Business Partners (HRBPs).
- L&D Coordination: Assist in sending calendar invites preparing materials and surveys and may serve as a producer for key learning or event programs ensuring accurate setup breakouts and surveys.
- Engagement Survey Support: Assist in preparing and supporting the Your Voice (Glint) system and engagement surveys including communication material preparation and hierarchy file support.
- Intranet Content Management: Create and post learning and talent information on the company intranet (Front Door) maintaining various pages and ensuring up-to-date content.
Qualifications :
- Associates degree required in human resources business or related field required Bachelors degree preferred
- Minimum 5-7 years experience in Human Resources preferably supporting Talent and Learning & Development teams.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and engagement platforms are preferred.
- High level of attention to detail ensuring accuracy in data management reporting and program setup.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring accurate and timely completion.
- Must have strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint) and experience with HRIS systems is preferred. Advanced skills using MS Excel (Pivot Tables VLOOKUPs etc)
- Ability to identify issues and develop solutions proactively ensuring the smooth execution of learning and talent programs.
