- Facilitate succession and contribute to development opportunities for co-workers by an efficient competence flow within the business unit between units on site as well as in total IKEA.
- Lead the work of implementing global People Plan and relevant P&D Business plan.
- Together with the management team is responsible to make IKEA Components a diverse and inclusive workplace ensuring we maintain a workplace for everyone.
- Responsible to drive an agenda of creating fair compensation and benefits.
- Drive efficient and effective implementation of overall P&C processes and yearly activities.
- Safeguard people principles are followed and implemented (e.g. title management organizational design).
- Ensure that laws and regulations related to employment and working environment are followed.
- Secure the cost budget for the area of responsibility.
- Member of local MGMT and local CMT.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in People and Culture leadership roles
- Understanding of IKEA Brand and IKEA Business model
- Ambassador for IKEA Culture and values with value-based decision making
- Business partnering skills and strong relationship builder
- Knowledge and understanding on People principles processes tools and practices
- Knowledge of local labor law and regulations
- Is passionate about people and has a strong belief in individuals potential
- Inspired by leading business through people and reaching results through engaging and motivating people
- Ability to coach facilitate and transfer knowledge
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
