Job Title: Business / Key Account Management

Purpose of the Role:
The Business / Key Account Management is responsible for ensuring developing the Sales of the Engineering Services to Key Accounts in the following market segments: Automotive Aeronautics Rail Energy and Utilities and supporting to administrative operations of the entity supporting HR functions assisting with financial reporting and accounting processes and overseeing the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System. This cross-functional role is critical to the smooth running of the organization and ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development / Key account Management.
- Oversee in-country offering of Engineering services such as Time & Material or Work Package in the above-mentioned market segments
- Ensure that Offer/Sales processes are documented communicated and followed across departments.
- Make sure that the CRM is properly updated with well-qualified opportunities.
2. PMO/ Administration & Office Management
- Oversee daily administrative operations including facilities supplies and service provider management.
- Maintain corporate records and ensure compliance with internal governance processes.
- Liaise with external stakeholders such as legal insurance and company secretariat partners.
2. Human Resources Support
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures in line with group guidelines.
- Coordinate recruitment onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Assist with payroll preparation leave tracking and HR reporting.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and internal communication.
3. Accounting & Financial Reporting
- Collaborate with accounting teams for timely month-end and year-end closings.
- Process and verify supplier invoices employee expense claims and payment requests.
- Support the preparation of budgets forecasts and financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with local tax audit and statutory requirements.
4. Quality Management
- Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Ensure that procedures and processes are documented communicated and followed across departments.
- Coordinate internal audits management reviews and external certification processes.
- Promote a culture of quality and compliance throughout the organization.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar multi-functional role in KSA
- Solid understanding of Sales Management HR practices basic accounting principles and Account management
- Strong organizational interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Automotive Market is a plus.
- This position requires fluent Arabic and English candidates with a minimum 5 years experience in the Kingdom.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree or diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
