You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Project Manager Lounge Development plays a critical role in shaping Qantas premium lounge experiences by driving the strategic planning and operational readiness for new lounge programs across our network. Focusing on the early-stage planning and pre-opening execution your role is to ensure every new lounge is set up for operational success. Managing multiple programs at once you will establish governance forums and define program requirements before handing over to our dedicated Property Development team for the build phase. Prior to the official lounge opening you will re-engage to lead cross-functional readiness activities including system and people process design service delivery planning training commercial agreements and internal and external communications.
