- Exceed customer expectations by anticipating understanding and their needs.
- Be proactive and timely to resolve operational challenges including escalation to management when necessary.

- Maintain good relationships with service providers.
- Consistently generate accurate invoices on the first submission adhering to the principle: Invoice correctly the first time every time.
- Complete all billing activities promptly and in alignment with operational standards and KPIs.
- Assist in client audits related to billing to resolve accounts receivable disputes and support audits of service provider invoices to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Participate in implementing system changes and enhancements.
- Promote a positive collaborative and results-driven team environment.
- Maintain precise data entry in billing systems to support proper revenue recognition in accordance with accounting principles.
- Access and follow all current customers standard operating procedures.
- Support the transition of new business/updates to existing Billing SOPs.
Qualifications :
- 6 months to 1 year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Effective interpersonal skills including proven verbal and written skills
- Detailed oriented with ability to manage multiple job functions with minimal supervision
- Pro-active strong problem solving skills
- Good computer skills (Excel Word)
- Fluent in English
