Bookkeeper Responsibilities:

• Collect and accurately post rent payments
• Monitor resident accounts and follow up on outstanding balances
• Assist prospective residents with leasing inquiries and property tours
• Process applications prepare lease documents and coordinate move-ins
• Deliver excellent customer service to current and prospective residents

What Were Looking For:

• Previous experience in bookkeeping property management or leasing preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Professional friendly and dependable
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in property management software; Appfolio experience preferred or willingness to learn
• A goal-driven mindset with a passion for helping others
