The pay for this position starts at $1946.40 bi-weekly with additional compensation added for higher education and/or years of relevant experience up to $2298.90 bi-weekly.
This position is located in Fitchburg MA.
$1000 Sign-on Bonus
Additional $250 Bonus if MAP Certified
Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health - Massachusetts serves students with various complex psychological emotional and behavioral disorders including but not limited to Autism Spectrum Disorder. Devereuxs Devon House program servesyouth with intellectual developmental disorders and/or autism spectrum disorders. With a 1-to-2 staff to student ratio we offer specialized care with an emphasis on teaching daily living and coping skills.
The Program Director oversees the day-to-day operations of a group home including program planning supervision of residential staff budget management integration of community-based experiences for youth and ensuring the delivery of high-quality therapeutic services.

Qualifications
Job Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must have a valid drivers license.
- Bachelors degree in Rehabilitation Counseling or related degree required.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a residential treatment setting with a minimum of 1 year supervisory experience required.
- Ability to complete 2 weeks orientation training Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm in Rutland.
