About the Role

Service Hub is purpose-built to deliver remarkable customer experiences at scale and Omnichannel communication is at the heart of that mission. As the Design Manager for the Omnichannel product group youll be leading a design team focused on building intuitive high-impact 1:1 communication tools that are foundational to every sales and support teams success.

This is a platform-facing leadership role: youll help build the connective tissue that enables seamless contextual experiences for every HubSpot customer regardless of channel or business size. Our Omnichannel platform empowers front-line teams to meet customers where they are (phone email SMS and more) preserves full context across touchpoints and ensures conversations are easy to manage at scale.

Youll collaborate deeply with engineering product and design leaders across the product family (e.g. Sales Hub Content Hub Operations Hub) to deliver solutions that work across use cases and set a high bar for craft accessibility and platform consistency.

In this role youll get to:

  • Set vision & strategy for the Omnichannel experiences that power 1:1 customer interactions.
  • Empower your team by setting clear expectations fostering autonomy and championing a culture of growth feedback and high design standards.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across product lines to ensure communication tools are flexible for diverse customer needs from SMBs to global enterprises.
  • Inspire and coach a team of talented designers helping them grow their impact through thoughtful critique regular feedback and authentic care.
  • Drive cross-functional impact by working closely with product management engineering and other design teams to shape priorities align on vision and ship high-quality products.
  • Build for scale by ensuring your teams design systems workflows and tooling support the pace and reach of HubSpots growth and platform ambition.
  • Champion craft and usability by holding your team accountable to HubSpots high standards for craft consistency and cohesion across channels.
  • Youre not shy about digging into the work but know how to give your designers space to own their ideas and solutions.

Cash compensation range: 10 USD Annually

Cash compensation range: 10 USD Annually

Pay & Benefits

The cash compensation below includes base salary on-target commission for employees in eligible roles and annual bonus targets under HubSpots bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpots equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are tailored to your skills experience qualifications and other job-related reasons.
