Job Description
- To insure that all potential and current customer communications are handled in a consistent and thorough manner. It requires that you build a relationship with customers in order to maintain their satisfaction.
- The sales calls are considered warm sales as they are incoming calls and outgoing calls to prospects who inquire quotes on our website. There is no cold calling.
- Manage the day to day office activities (Scheduling monitoring cleaning teams solving problems etc)
