You will join the EMEA Sales Enablement team a group of experienced professionals and strategic partners to regional and local Sales teams. We drive the effort to equip all Sales roles with the business and technical sales knowledge and skills they need to successfully engage Buyers and generate revenue all while maturing their sales capabilities. We do that by deploying a consultative and programmatic approach focused on sales execution excellence guided by meaningful business impact cross-functional collaboration quantitative and qualitative actionable insights innovation and a continuous growth mindset.
The Role
As the Specialist Sales Enablement you will help develop defined sales abilities for each Sales role in Poland and support the Sales Enablement Team across Europe. You will assist a dynamic multi-channel team of in-seat sales professionals operating in a highly competitive and changing environment as well as help onboard new hires to sales productivity.
The Work You Will Do
- Build and maintain local and regional Sales Enablement plans.
- Regularly assess the strengths and weaknesses of local Sales Team per the defined local Sales Strategy and Sales Competencies.
- Actively contribute to the design planning content creation deployment and continuous improvement of local and regional Sales Enablement initiatives.
- Collaboration with the cross-functional teams.
- Participate in postmortem discussions and collecting the feedbacks to help to improve of Sales Enablement services and tools.
- Perform regular Coach the Coach sessions.
- Drive sales onboarding process in a structured standardized and connected manner.
- Contribute to any EMEA Sales Enablement project as needed.
- Stay current on Goodyears strategy product road map value proposition and sales talent development trends.
The Qualifications You Need
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
- Fluent in written and spoken Polish and English. Other European languages a plus.
- Proven ability on adult training and deployment of learning content curricula and programs.
- Experience in Change Management and Project Management. Certifications a plus.
- Passion for sales and talent development with a proven record of delivering results.
- Exceptional relationship management and communication skills with excellent formal and informal written and presentation skills in live recorded and virtual settings.
- Independent data-driven goal-oriented to deliver the results.
- Able and willing to collaborate with others to overcome unexpected challenges.
- Comfortable working with virtual teams and be flexible in frequently changing priorities.
- Category B driving licence is required.
