Description
- Planning directing or coordinating the work activities and resources necessary for manufacturing products IAW cost schedule quality and quantity specifications
- Supervising and coordinating the work of employees who are within the program
- Ensuring overall quality and productivity are maintained within the program
- Identifying and resolving operational issues
- Preparing work schedules assigning work and overseeing the work product
- Providing assistance to meet schedules or resolve complex technical or customer requirements
- Monitoring and controling work in progress for technical adequacy

Requirements
- 10 years of experience leading production efforts
- 3 years of experience with the production of communication systems networks or technologies
- Masters degree in Engineering or Engineering discipline Computer Science or IT discipline or other technical discipline
- Direct experience manufacturing products IAW cost schedule quality and quantity specifications.
- Demonstrated experience with quality control
- Excellent problem solving and planning skills
- Direct experience creating schedules assigning work and overseeing projects
- Demonstrated leadership communication and analytical skills
- Possess a current DoD Top Secret clearance
Desired Skills
- 10 years of experience leading production efforts for DoD projects and/or programs
- Direct experience with NAWCAD WOLF production efforts
- 10 years of experience with the production of communication systems networks or technologies
