Job Description
- Year round work
- Work orders provided with scope of work to be completed
- Initial walk through prior to starting project to agree on scope and pricing
- Paid within 30 days of job completion. (Draw schedule for larger projects)
- Communicate with experienced Estimators and Project Managers
- Perform all construction repairs following schedule outlined by the Project Manager
- Ability to work independently on job sites
- Perform all repairs in a timely manner
- Communicate any schedule interruptions with Project Manager in advance
- Complete all repairs with the highest quality
- Rough and Finish Carpentry
- Drywall hanging patching finishing
- Painting
- Wall Floor Shower tile install
- Professional demeanor
- Personable presentable articulate
- Open cooperative enthusiastic
- Self-directed with exceptional initiative
- Valid Drivers License
- Reliable truck/s
- Must have own tools
- Proof of GL/WC insurances
- Must be licensed in field of work
- All employees on the job must pass a background check
- 3 years in construction
- Restoration construction/home improvement and/or insurance industry experience ideal
