The Opportunity
Right now we are looking for Senior IT specialist. Your role covers providing proficient onsite IT services in Poland where you tackle complex IT support challenges. Your responsibilities include managing WLSD tickets assigned to the local IT and liaising with users to understand their needs and resolve their issues efficiently. Onsite support typically involves a range of tasks to ensure technology and systems are functioning correctly within an organization.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Who Are We Looking For:
Preferably a university degree in IT Telecommunications or IT Security. Alternatively relevant professional certifications will also be considered
Previous experience in an IT Support role (1st or 2nd line)
Proven experience in coordinating IT projects
Excellent command of both Polish and English (spoken and written)
Strong teamwork skills clear communication and a proactive approach to knowledge sharing
