Your mission

Within the People team you will report to and work closely with Amlie - our Senior Payroll Manager - to ensure smooth and compliant payroll operations across 700 employees over 13 countries (France UK Spain Italy Germany Poland USA Canada Brazil Mexico Singapore Dubai & Japan)

As a Payroll Specialist you will prepare and coordinate payroll processes ensuring smooth execution under the supervision and validation of the Payroll Manager.

Your main responsibilities will include:

    • Payroll data preparation: Gather verify and consolidate payroll inputs (new hires terminations bonuses salary adjustments etc.).
    • Collaboration with payroll providers: Ensure timely submission of payroll data and assist in processing payroll across multiple countries.
    • Preliminary payroll checks: Conduct initial reviews of payroll calculations before submission to the Payroll Manager for final validation.
    • Compliance & accuracy: Ensure payroll processes align with local labor laws and company policies escalating complex cases to the Payroll Manager.
    • Employee support: Act as a first point of contact for payroll-related questions providing clear explanations to employees.
    • Process improvement: Support initiatives to enhance payroll efficiency and contribute to automation projects.

About you

    • You have a Degree in Human Resources and Payroll
    • You have significant experience in payroll processing preferably in a multi-country environment.
    • Knowledge of payroll regulations in at least one of the covered countries.
    • You are familiar with Microsoft Office particularly Excel and experience with different payroll systems.
    • Fluent in English another language is a plus (French German or others).
    • Highly organized detail-oriented and proactive.
    • Comfortable working independently while ensuring alignment with the Payroll Manager for final validation.
